He seems to be telling the truth as I know it so far in that I agree that the stock market so far is too unpredictable to make money form the stock market such that investments with six or more percent return make more sense. The problem is that for a $60,000 return you need $600,000 which most of us will never figure out how to come up with such that I STRONGLY DOUBT THIS BOOK WILL HELP YOU LEARN HOW TO OBTAIN WEALTH. He also claims in his book that without any investment experience or knowledge but with the knowledge of a medical doctor, he amassed wealth in just eighteen months. Medical knowledge DOES NOT include investment knowledge. I have been trying for over ten years to amass wealth via investing to no avail despite having a B.A. in economics and a now expired elementary teaching credential such that I SERIOUSLY DOUBT HIS CLAIM THAT HE AMASSED WEALTH IN EIGHTEEN MONTHS AS CLAIMED IN THIS BOOK. Although some of this information contained in this book I have read elsewhere some of his ideas were bra d new to me such as the house flipper but don't don't do the work and you don't buy anything.....A wonderful book please give it a try.
This book and great content and was laid out very well. Simple, powerful ideas about how to grow you wealth.
This is a great book!!! Buck slays the sacred cows that most people believe in with aplomb. This is a must read and gift to be given to your friends and neighbors and especially young people just coming out of college. Read with an open heart and mind and then make the necessary changes to become wealthy.
This is the lead in to a new world of techniques that only the rich people do and what the middle and poor class THINK is over their head. Pretty quick read but makes you think of why the heck does not everyone do this stuff.
I often think books contain a lot of fluff and can be reduced down to a more central message. That is not this book. Perfectly proportioned so the central point is always present and enough extra details to support. This helps to provide a wide overview of how to this no about wealth and confirms (repeats?) a lot of the core concepts I hear from others in this space. I recommend this book for a quick but detailed read to get help shift your mindset about money and wealth.
This is a very shallow book on creating wealth. It basically says buy real estate and rent it out. He seems to fail to point out that real estate and rent sometimes has ups and downs like the stock market. His direction to focus on cash flow is very good but he fails to explain how to get there other than become a landlord. I think one of his cash flow projects is to create an e-book with very little info and get people to buy it. He got me to help him generate cash.
Great book for learning the basics about investing!! My girlfriend and I read this and it opened our minds to want to learn more about investing for the long term. We are only 20 years old. The younger you start, the more money you have in the end!!! Buy and give to anyone in high school or college you know!
